Returns/ Exchanges
- We are unable to accept returns on handmade pottery unless there is a damage or you have received an incorrect item.
- To make a request please contact us with a photo of your damaged/ incorrect item and order number to kate@katepak.com. Refunds process within 1-3 business days.
Cancellation
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase to kate@katepak.com
